Description
Objective: Rehabilitate 45 Km of road between Kasongo town and Samba, in Kasango territory. 2000 IDPs and 1000 vulnerable residents will be working on the road and will receive seeds and tools and/or cash for their work. This project will also provide training and small grants to local NGOs/CBOs involved in food production and marketing activities, in order to reactivate food economy in the targeted area. 20,000 farmers will directly and indirectly benefit from the project’s inputs (training, information, rehabilitation of a key trade route).
